This is a completely overhauled Nissan Qashqai CVT transmission.

Our transmission overhaul includes:

-Torque converter

-Replacement of all ball bearings and the thrust link belt

-Replacement of forward and reverse friction clutch and steel clutch plates

-Oil change with filter replacement -Replacement of all soft materials (gearbox overhaul kit)

-Replacing the stepper motor, step ratio distribution, clutch, pressure control coils -If necessary, we replace the drive pulleys

-Brand new Hydraulic Valve Body

-Test on the chassis dynamometer with recording of the shift patterns and shift pressures. A misfire, fluid leak and parking test will be performed. These tests are carried out at different speeds and with the throttle valve fully open and closed.

We give a 1 year or 50,000 km warranty on this gearbox.

If we should send our overhauled gearbox before we have received your defective gearbox, we will take a deposit of EUR 800 (used or defective automatic gearboxes must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the overhauled RECRO gearbox), which we will of course refund to you If It's in repairable condition. when we have received your gearbox.
